  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@was2023.org. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the mentioned deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received by the announced deadline. *%20 change in VAT has been included.
  • You will receive your registration confirmation in 48 hours after you made your payment (except weekends). Please note that it may take around 1 week to get your confirmation if the payment is made via bank transfer.

* To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of status such as official transcript or copy of student ID card must be submitted along with this registration form.   • Mandatory Daily Ticket Purchase for Outside Participants: To attend the conference sessions, each participant staying outside the hotel/meeting venue will need to purchase a daily ticket. The cost of the daily ticket is currently 45 € + VAT. Please note that this mandatory fee is additional to the registration fee and is imposed by the hotel to cover your consumption during your attendance.
  • Online Ticket Purchase (Recommended): To streamline the registration process and avoid long lines at the registration desk on-site, we strongly recommend purchasing your daily tickets in advance via our online registration system. This will ensure a hassle-free check-in experience, allowing you to make the most of your time at the conference.

If your paper will be rejected by scientific committee, your registration fee will be refunded
Registration Fees include:

Registration Fees EXCLUDE:
  • All-inclusive hotel stay on-site at Mirage Park Resort: 158 € / double 218 € / triple 280 € (per person sharing, including all meals and beverages!)
  • Day entrance to Mirage Park Resort (if staying outside the resort): (includes meals and beverages during congress hours).
  • Hotel Transfers from airport;
    - Shuttle Bus: 26.-Euro / pp
    - Private Transfer: 62.-Euro / pp

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Payment via Bank Transfer

All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. Participant's name/last name, date & amount of transfer, and explanation as of WAS2023 must be indicated on the transaction receipt of the bank transfer. Following the payment, receipt of the transaction must be sent to the registration secretariat (registration@was2023.org).

Bank charges are the sole responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the fees.

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be available after the conference is over. The invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (invoice details).

Cancellation Policy - Registration:

  • Cancellations before and on September 6, 2023, will be processed with a 50 Euros administrative cut.
  • Cancellations on and after September 7, 2023, will not receive any refund.

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail registration@was2023.org

Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WAS 2023 and, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
